Carways has a dedicated group of employees who consist of professional drivers, experienced mechanics, operational managers and administration staff. All employees have refined skills in the specialised field of vehicle transport.

In 1994, the company appropriated depots in Sydney and Melbourne, appointing experienced managers trained to control the localities.

Canberra Carways prides itself on the high standard of equipment that is operated and maintained by the company. Trailers and frames are continually upgraded, enabling Carways to utilise the latest technology to its fullest capacity.
